Inaya Fanis Hodeib

Inaya Hodeib was born in Beirut in 1983. Hodeib received a Diploma in Painting and Sculpting from the Lebanese Institute of Fine Arts in Beirut in 2006. Currently residing and working from her studio in The Netherlands, her works are large-scale canvases depicting portraits of canines and freinds in an agitated state as a metaphor for social and human traits.

She has participated in several collective exhibitions at the Amsterdam Souk Event with the Foam Institute (2014), The Eye Film Institute in Amsterdam (2014), Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam (2014), Wies Willemsen Gallery, Amsterdam (2014), Galleri Ramfjord, Oslo (2014), Gallery Ramfjord , Oslo (2013), Beirut Art Center, Beirut (2013), Ayyam Gallery, Beirut (2012), Ayyam Gallery, Dubai (2011), The Rainbow Experience, Cape Town (2010) Warwick Gallery, Warwick, New York (2010), and Ostra Gallery, Stockholm (2008).
